Physical Fitness (Exercise)

Profile
Workout is about physical fitness. Physical fitness has been defined as a set of qualities or characteristics that people have or accomplish that relates to the ability to carry out physical activity. Physical fitness is a state of well-being with low risk of untimely health problems and energy to join in a variety of physical activities.

Exercise is work. It elevates your heart rate, makes you somewhat breathless, and causes your muscles to burn. It's tiring  it is  exhausting. Exercise gets easier with time, but it will never be easy. If it were easy, it wouldn’t be exercise. Beyond just getting your body moving, exercise has to challenge you. You have to work past your comfort zone in order to train your heart, lungs, and muscles to get stronger and fitter. Exercise will not change your body much at all unless you are also cutting calories. To really change your physique, you have to do both: watch your diet, consume fewer calories than you burn, and exercise with a combination of Cardio and strength training. Same goes for dieting. Cutting calories will result in some weight loss, but your body will not necessarily look more cut or toned if exercise isn't also part of your plan.

What does Exercise do to your body:

·         Exercise increases energy levels and increases serotonin in the brain, which leads to improved mental clarity. Improved productivity not only makes you a better worker, it makes things better for everyone in the workplace.

·         Exercise produces a relaxation response that serves as a positive distraction. You're not the only person who will benefit from more happiness and less stress in your life. When you're less stressed, you're less irritable.

·         You improve your strength and stamina, it's easier to accomplish everyday tasks like carrying groceries and climbing stairs. This also helps you feel more energetic over the course of the day. The physical tiredness you feel after working out isn't the same as everyday fatigue, once your body adjusts to exercise, you'll have more energy than ever.

·         Exercise can slow or help prevent heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis (bone loss), and loss of muscle mass. It also helps ease some aspects of the aging process. Exercise strengthens the muscles and joints, it is going to reduce your odds of having some of those aches and pains and problems most adults have, mostly because of the inactive lives they lead.

·         Exercising consistently will strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, and improve your overall performance. Your muscles will work much more efficiently and you'll gain a greater sense of endurance.

·         Weight loss is the reason many people exercise in the first place. But it's certainly not the sole benefit of an exercise program. Weight loss goal you have when starting a fitness program, don't make it your only goal. Strive to feel better, to have more energy, to be less stressed. Notice the small things that exercise does for you quickly, rather than getting hung up on the narrow goal of the number on a scale.
